The relationship with the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association (COHBA) began in 2004, serving as their webmaster and digital solutions provider. Over the next four years, close work with staff, members, and leadership modernized COHBA’s digital assets, streamlined operations, and introduced new efficiencies.
In 2008, Directing Design, Inc. was founded, continuing the partnership with COHBA as both a service provider and an active member. Through this ongoing collaboration, we have remained committed to supporting COHBA’s growth and success by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Key Contribution: Parade of Homes System
One of our most significant achievements was leading the development of a custom website system for the Parade of Homes, COHBA’s flagship event. Previously, COHBA leased a third-party system for $15,000-$25,000 annually, which lacked critical features.
We led the initiative to build a cloud-based, in-house system. The initial investment was equivalent to just one year’s leasing cost, and ongoing expenses have been reduced to $1,000-$1,500 per year. The new system delivered all required features, including robust data export and print capabilities.
The Parade of Homes is COHBA’s largest revenue-generating event. The new system streamlined event management, improved the participant experience, and provided valuable data insights that have become a key selling point for advertising.~$25K
